Please note the following regarding on-line ticket reservations.
We are now using PAYPAL services to process online ticket reservations using a credit card OR a paypal account.
Tickets will still be on sale at the door (as available) and can be purchased with cash only.
Once your on-line order has been submitted you will receive an auto-response stating that the e-mail has been received. THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU A SEAT. It only states that your request was received.
- Within 1-3 days, you will receive a 2nd e-mail containing the word “E-ticket” in the subject line. This is your reservation and guarantee of a seat. Please check the e-mail for the correct date/time information and bring this e-ticket with you to the show.
If the show has sold out prior to your order being processed, we will notify you as soon as possible. Reservations are processed by phone and e-mail in the order that they are received.
REFUNDS - If you cancel your ticket order, you will receive a refund up until the Friday before the show opens. After that day, no refunds will be given. However, you may exchange your tickets at any time for another show that is available. Refunds will be made by mail and will be the ticket price minus a processing fee. To request a refund, please send an email to tickets@nhct.org.
PAYMENT BY MAIL - If you can not pay using this service and wish to mail in a payment using cash or a cashier's check (NO PERSONAL CHECKS), please email your request to tickets@nhct.org. The payment by mail option will be available until 1 week prior to show time. Orders will not be processed (you will not be seated) until payment is recieved.
If you do not receive an auto-reply or an E-ticket response within 3 days please email us at tickets@nhct.org or call the ticket hotline 706-518-6234. It is likely that your e-mail was not received.
